SECTION 1 – SHIPPING
Orders placed before 1:00pm Central Standard Time generally ship the same day for in-stock orders (EXCLUDES CUSTOM PATTERN VINYL) using USPS. (USPS Priority Mail order may be picked up the next business day). The order cut-off time on Mondays is 12:00pm Central Standard Time due to orders received over the weekend. *Please note the different cut-off times.* Occasionally there may be situations when we will not be able to meet the shipping cut-off goal. When this occurs we will contact you via email or by phone. (Please understand we are a small business, we will try our very best to ship all orders in a timely manner.)
CUSTOM PATTERN VINYL
All custom printed vinyl will ship within 48 hours of processing print.
Exception – If Pattern selected with order is currently in-stock.

SECTION 2 – OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Items that are out of stock or become out of stock by fulfilling order will be shipped as soon as products become available. Items out of stock and expected to return to stock within 2 business days – that shipment will be held so it can be processed and shipped entirely. If out of stock items occur on your order, you will be contacted.
SECTION 3 – RETURNS
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. We hope everyone thoroughly reviews their purchase order before finalizing purchase. For defective or damaged products please contact Southeast Texas Vinyl LLC within 7 days of receiving product. Via phone during normal business hours or via email 24/7. (contact information below) If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping (if applicable)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1100 Boston Ave, Nederland, TX, 77627, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
